Who we support
CAS ConnectEd goes beyond just offering online courses. We are proud to emphasize our commitment to community and social impact. With every course you enroll in, the funds generated directly contribute to supporting local NGOs. By joining our courses, you're not only investing in your own learning but also in the betterment of communities through these valuable contributions

As CAS coordinators, it's crucial that we are seen as role models for the program we deliver. Leading by example, we ensure that we not only teach the principles of CAS but embody them in our actions. Our commitment to supporting local NGOs through the proceeds from our courses is a tangible demonstration of the values we instill in our students. It's imperative that we inspire the same dedication to service, empathy, and social responsibility that we expect from our students

Empowering Through Education
At Seeds of Change Phuket, we believe in the transformative power of education, vocational training, and a supportive community. Through our programs, we aim to equip our participants with the practical skills and tools they need to secure stable employment and improve their livelihoods.
Our Origins and Growth
Our journey began in 2016 with a sewing training program using upcycled materials. Today, we have a successful sewing program that employs local individuals who create products for international hotels and clothing brands. This program has become self-sufficient, providing sustainable opportunities for those seeking a chance at a better life.
Recent Initiatives
In addition to our sewing program, we have recently launched a new initiative focusing on English language skills and hospitality. Recognizing the importance of these skills in Phuket’s tourism-driven economy, we strive to empower our participants with the knowledge and experience necessary to thrive in the industry.
Earn as You Learn
Through our unique “earn as you learn” scheme, participants gain practical experience while studying. They work in various roles within our foundation, such as cleaning and providing hospitality services to visitors in both hotels and our Canopy restaurant. In return, they receive a fair wage that helps support their basic needs and encourages financial independence.
Facing the Challenges
We understand that our journey is not without challenges. Limited resources, societal prejudices, and the need for continuous funding pose significant hurdles. However, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the cause, seeking creative solutions and forging partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Inspiring Stories
The heart of Seeds of Change Phuket lies in the personal journeys of the individuals who benefit from our programs. Through their determination and hard work, they overcome their circumstances and develop newfound confidence and skills. Their success stories inspire others in the community, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
